For anybody who is interested in using the PVA to answer calls originating from the PSTN network - this should be very interesting. https://github.com/microsoft/botframework-ivr it is in private preview right now (Early Dec 2019) and strictly speaking refers to Bot Framework bots as distinct from PVA. However, it is a pretty significant step in the direction of using PVA to answer phone calls.
🙂 the release notes for the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform 2020 wave 1 release should be hitting the streets any day now if the prior release notes lead time (113 days prior to release) is any guide.

in future releases, you would be able to assign Phone Number(s) to PVA bots to get them to answer calls from PTSN and provide natural language IVR to the callers.
