Output all variable changes to a text file

Hi I am debugging someone else's code and it has many loops and variables. It would be helpful if I could create a piece of code that every time a variable changed it wrote the variable and new value to a text file so I could track the changes, they change to rapidly in the view screen. Is that possible and would I have to add code to each variable? Thanks

No logging data that I know of...check out this video for how to create your own log, but I envision all your variables along the top with 2 columns for time and subflow, and then you can track everything that changes.

If you create this, please share back, as it may be super useful for others.  Thanks.
