Random failed on extract data from webpage

Hi all,

I got a flow that I had been setup and runs few months back. But lately 1 of extract data from webpage quite frequently hitting failed error. I didn't change anything prior before that, or the website got any updates. It will just failed randomly.

Usually I'm either restart the whole PAD and re-run it, or i need to re-capture that particular step.

I'm using PAD ver2.27

Hi @foxngn84

If it occurs why you make action retry again, in advanced option for action, you can specify retry case right ?

Hi, But I don't see any advanced option with the retry function.
Anyhow, even if there is a retry function, it will just be temporarily solution. It shouldn't have failed in the first place, since it was working fine all this while.

Probably a wait issue, that's usually the case, i.e. the action started milliseconds before the webpage has fully loaded, which does happen quite frequently, you can do what Nived said or try to put a wait action just before the action of like 1-2 seconds and that should be enough as well.
