Microsoft list - choice field not updating

Hi all,

 

I created system where when Microsoft forms is completed, it takes the completed data into Microsoft list and then the user can change the value from outstanding to complete on list.

 

However the issue is that when changing the status (choice on list), it is not updating.

 

For the first few days it works but then it stops working.

Any solutions? Thanks.

    How do users update the list? Is it directly via the SP UI?

    its updated by going into share-point list online on web or share point list online on Microsoft teams
