Using multiple lists in a single app

I'm starting to powerapps, my question is the following, can I use 4 sharepoint picklists, in one form for another list?

For example>
List 1 - Parts Model
List 2 - Vehicle Model
List 3 - Employees
List 4 - Status

And I use the Main List to save everything
List 5 - Main

The idea is to create a form, where bring the options of the first 4 lists and save via PATCH everything in list 5. I even tried to do some things, but I don't know how I should create the list, if for example where it is a drop list, should I put it as drop or leave it only as text

    Hi @arthurgand ,

    Let try this write this code in form on Success Property

    Patch(
     List5,
     Defaults(List5),
     {
     Title: TextInput1.Text,
     PartModel: Dropdown1.Selected.Value,
     VehicleModel: Dropdown2.Selected.Value,
     Employee: Dropdown3.Selected.Value,
     Status: Dropdown4.Selected.Value
     }
    )

    Make sure to replace TextInput1, Dropdown1, Dropdown2, Dropdown3, and Dropdown4 with the actual names of your controls.

    Perfect, I did it this way, but I have a problem possibly between my list and what I'm going through via patch, it returns me that he's expecting a record, but he's passing a text.
    I don't know if that's the only mistake in question as well
    CODE:
    Patch(
    OS_Detalhes;
    Defaults(OS_Detalhes);
    {
    Empresa: txtEmpresa_1.Text;
    Criado: DataIN_1.SelectedDate;
    DataBaixa: DataOUT_1.SelectedDate;
    KMSaida: Value(txtKMIN_1.Text);
    KMChegada: Value(txtKMOUT_1.Text);
    Observacao: txtOBS_1.Text; // So far no problems
    Foto1: AddMediaButton2_1.Media;
    Foto2: AddMediaButton3_1.Media;
    Foto3: AddMediaButton4_1.Media;
    Usou_Peca: PecasEscolhidas;
    Colaborador: ColaboradorEscolhido;
    Situacao: StatusEscolhido;
    PlacaVeiculo: PlacaEscolhida
    }
    );;
    Notify("Registro Atualizado"; NotificationType.Success)

    Still returned error, I have the fields with errors:

    is in Drop-down type:
    Contributor = drpColaborador_1
    VehicleLicense Plate = drpPlaca_1
    Situation = drpSituacao_1

    It's in type list box:
    Usou_Peca = listaPeca_1

    In my list, all of these fields are ready to receive single-line text type
