Hello,

I'm new to Power Automate, can someone provide me the steps to create a flow that sends an email when a SmartSheet has had changes to any of its columns please? Specifically, I want to know when the "Task Name", "Comment" or "Status" changes.

I've tried but it keeps failing as I don't think I'm specifying the correct "Select an output from previous steps" in the apply.

Hi @ai_samuraii ,

Suppose what you would like to realize is to send an email when a specific smart sheet got updated, I made a demo for your reference as below.
Prerequisite:
Add an "ID" column to locate to each item.

Here's body of the flow:
At the time when you complete above actions, test to run it. Find columnId of your "ID" column from outputs of "Get a sheet" action.

Next,
Here're functions I used:

body('Select_2')[0]['ID'] body('Filter_array_3')[0]

Outside the apply to each loop, we create an HTML table based on the changed items and send out the email:

HI wenjuan,

I have 2 questions about the flow,
1,why i do not have "column id" under filter array
2, is Select2 a Filter Array? how can I find the "Map"?

sorry wenjuan, I saw the select-map, but same as columnId, I can not find "value" in select
