Hi,

Is it possible to make an option from a drop down box visible depending on the selection of a toggle switch??

I have a toggle switch and if it's get's switched to Yes I would like to see additional options in a drop down box. If No then they don't appear.

Is this do able??

I'm going to try and see if context variables work but want to know if anyone else as tried and succeeded or if I'm wasting time??

Hi @ClarkyPA365 this is possible with an If() statement in the Items property of the dropdown.
Let's take 2 examples (1) being a self-written array, (2) being a choice column of an SP list.

(1)

//3 only appears when the toggle is switched on If(Toggle1, [1,2,3], [1,2])

(2)

//Show all values if toggle is on, else show 1 value less If(Toggle1, Choices(LISTNAME.CHOICEFIELD), Filter(Choices(LISTNAME.CHOICEFIELD), Value <> "NAME"))
