I have a production flow with an approval.
From Christmas 2020 the approval sends automatic e-mail reminders every day, which Ido not want.
I only want the initial e-mail notification.
It started automatically, without any reconfiguration of the approval.
Changing the time-out of the approval does not resolve the problem.

This is a known issue the Power Automate team is aware of. A fix for which will be applied very soon.
Many folks have reported this issue.
