Sharepoint list database

Hello everybody

 

I want to create a canvas application for a client with 600 users, firstly I used dataverse as a database but the client does not want to pay for premium power apps license (It has Microsoft 365 E3). So I want to know if I use sharepoint as a database, is it free? and what are the limitations that I will encounter?

 

Among the functionality of the application:
- Email notification when recordings are added
- Generation of pdfs
- Excel extraction
- Upload files and images

    @gikido ,

    SharePoint does not really restrict Power Apps functionality other than on some queries (in/Search in particular) which are generally easy to work around. It also slows down a bit on large lists (100k plus) depending on the query, but other than that will do mostly what you need. I use only SharePoint and in six years have not found anything I could not do with it. It will certainly accommodate the items you have posted.
