Resource counting in shifts

Hello,

I am looking to try and build a flow that checks the "resource count" for all shifts and then tells me whether the person count exceeds or is below a required threshold. I couldn't see anyone mention or create a topic that seemed to achieve this, but is it likely to be possible?

Thanks in advance!

Craig

Here is the shift pattern that I'm using to test

This is a copy of my flow

I'd like to try and only populate one message, and potentially create an "open shift" in shifts for someone to opt into if necessary

    Hi @craigmk1987,

You could use length() function to get the number of shift met the condition, for example:

Then use the Create HTML table action to generate an HTML table that could be inserted in Teams message send them at the same time.

    Hi Lin,

I've added your suggested code (thank you!) and altered a couple of the fields to be more suited to what I'm after:

    Step 2.jpg

But it generates the following output:

    Step1.jpg

How might I limit the output to only show the group that requires the resourcing?

    Thank you!

    Hi @craigmk1987,

You could use the Filter array action to filter out these Shift you require, for example:
