Trigger flow without submitting microsoft forms

As per subject, I'm trying to create a flow where the incomplete microsoft form can be sent over to another user to input her part before submitting. Is there any way to do this? Thanks to all who replied!

Hi @yatori

Unfortunately you need to create two separate forms? You could collect all the responses (from both forms) in one storage such as SharePoint, Excel, SQL, etc.
