need your expert advice.

I have a "New Form" which has a gallery through which i am achieving repeating table. gallery has Add row button when clicked on it,

it patches to a collection and then collects to add a new row. below is the formula

as you can see in the first screenshot, i am unable to get the default selected items to have the value that was selected. I temporarily enabled the visibility of the text field and it has the correct value (serial number 1, 2, 3 etc). but the combobox wont have the default value.

the DefaultSelectedItems formula:

Filter(AddColumns(collFLHAIHCM,"cTempLinenmber",cLineItem), cTempLinenmber = ThisItem.cLineItem).cIdentifiedHazards

i tried without the add columns but still i am unable to get the gallery to have the default item selected.

how do i get around this?
