    Hi @Anonymous,

    You can use the Concat function to convert the records to a semicolon separated string, for instance:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     Concat(
     First(Test).PersonMS.Email,
     ";"
     ),
     "Subject",
     "Body"
    )

    In the above example I'm referring to the first recorde in my Test data source to retrieve the table from the PersonMS column (Person, multiselect). Then I select the Email column and concat them with a semicolon as separator, resulting in something like the below:

    "user1@email.com; user2@email.com"

    This can be used in combination with the SendEmailV2 function of the Office365Outlook connector.

    Hi @BCBuizer maybe I explained it wrong.

    Look i have an object, this object have a list of users (the responsibles of this item). to store this information I choosed the colunm type "Person or Group" on sharepoint.

    Now I develop a new function to send an email to this guys, but how I collect their mails?

    my object is maneged by a variable, how I can do to collect all the mails from this object to transform using your suggestion?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    If the required item is saved in a variable, you can use that:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     Concat(
     Variable.ResponsiblePersons.Email,
     ";"
     ),
     "Subject",
     "Body"
    )

    In the above example I assumed the name of the variable is "Variable" and the name of the persons column is "ResponsiblePersons".

    @BCBuizer dont work.

    look this is my sharepoint list

    Bollha1990_1-1671479307393.png

    this itens maarked are my responsible users, this collunm type is "Person or Group",when I store my data, the reponsible person goes together (I know we have the field "Created by", but my collunm Responsible accepts multiple options).

    in the end of my workflow i have to send an email for all users setted on Responsible field.

    But i dont know why i can do it.
    I don't find any information about the properties of this type of field. So i don't know how to get this information or how this information are stored. is it an object? string? class? IDK.

    I tried to get like you said, but Responsible.Email dont bring a string, and i dont know what type of data it brings.

    Hi @Anonymous,

    For each of the items in your sharepoint list, a table is stored in the 'Responsible' column. Therefore, if you have a single record saved in your variable, this is what the Person (multiple select) column looks like:

     With the above example, the below code will send a mail to two people that are selected in the PersonMS column of the record that is saved in the variable:

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     Concat(
     Variable.PersonMS.Email,
     ";"
     ),
     "Subject",
     "Body"
    )
