How to set up the Twilio connector and send text message from Power APP

Hi-

 

I have a form built by my boss. Now he wants me to somehow connect the form to the Twilio Connector in which I did. However, I researched and researched, even followed some of the old posts here with older videos, etc, nothing is working. Getting errors left and right. 

 

I have the FROM phone number that we need to use as the only number to text from yet the TO number will be a variable as well as the text message.
