There have some updates within Custom connector in PowerApps already. Currently, within PowerApps, the "+ Add" option to add additional Query or Headers is not supported within PowerApps Custom Connector action.
If you want to add additional Query or Headers parameters within your PowerApps Custom action, you need to click "+ Import from sample" option to define your request action again.
