Hello,
I have created an inspection within the Teams Inspection App. Everything works great, then I will have an issue where the tab for Inspection will change to linking to Manage Inspections. Or it may be Review Inspections now links to Inspection. I have found a work around where I reinstall the app to the Team... but then I have to delete the examples. Is there any help that MS has for this issue? I added a photo showing the issue. I have clicked on the Review Inspections, and instead the actual Inspection is coming up.
