Can not create Powerapp

Hi Mates,

I just created a Tenant trail version.

after that I created a new user(TestUser), I can able to log in office.com with a created new user(TestUser), also I can see all the apps,

but I can not create power app

it through below error

any help to resolve this issue, please ..?

    To diagnose this, if you log on with a new browser session and use the 'in private' or 'incognito' modes of the browser, does that make a difference?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Following up on the suggestion @timl  provided, make sure to confirm if you have cookies enabled in your browser (including 3rd party cookies). 

    Some of the cookies used by Powerapps are tagged as being 3rd party cookies, and if you are blocking them this is one of the errors that will present to yourself when attempting to create a PowerApp.

     

    To verify the cookie settings in Chrome, you need to go ahead to Settings ->Privacy and Security -> Cookies and other site data. After this make sure that all cookies are being enabled in your browser.
