I currently have a live flow that is cancelling on its own.
This is occurring after the flow sends an email, and then posts an adaptive card to teams and waits for a response. There are no error messages displayed when looking over the runs at all.
Additionally, all the cancelled runs (there are about 100) seem to have been cancelled at the same time. This caused the flow to automatically suspend itself due to too many unsuccessful runs.
After discussing with the users of the flow, they suspect it may be because of them allowing too many flows to trigger, waiting for them to respond to the adaptive card, that when they finally do it results in all the runs being cancelled.
I am unsure on what the issue is, as the flow seems to work for a few months and then suddenly run into this problem. This is the second time in a year of use. Does anyone know the reason for this or have any advice or guidance.
