Hi,

I was testing out Flow for the first time ever the other day, & set up a simple e-mail to be sent out every day at 9am. However, I'm unable to get an image inside the e-mail... I typed it up in HTML, then <img src='d an "everyone can edit & see" image from my OneDrive account, set to expire in 2021, but the image only displays in the e-mails for the first few hours - then the link goes dead & all past & future e-mails have the broken red x image.

How can I embed an image using OneDrive's Sharepoint for my simple e-mail in every other regard?

Have you checked to make sure you are not using expiring links for your OneDrive files? In general, the links do not expire by default, but it's possible that your company has set a policy forcing the links to expire. Another option would be to directly embed the image in your email instead of using an IMG tag to reference the link.

Thanks for the response. Are you able to give guidance on how to do that within Flow? Any solution would be most welcome, I'm simply not well-versed with my expedition into Flow.

I'll check the link durations from an administrative influence, should it have occurred, & if still unsuccessful, try a dropbox link instead.

I did some digging around and apparently this kind of functionality from OneDrive/SharePoint no longer works. I would recommend trying the Google Drive or Dropbox and getting a link from there to embed.
