Send an email everytime a line of a column changes from "NO" to "YES"

Hello everyone. I'm new in building flows, could someone help?

So I have this sheet where:

Column A: Action's Plan

Column B: Action's Name

Column K : Assigned to (e-mail)

Column K: Criticity (YES or NO)

Is it possible to make a flow where everytime a line of the Column K changes from YES to NO (and only in that condition, never vice-versa) it automatically sends and e-mail where it says that the Action B1 (for example) from Action's Plan A1 is now a critical action because "blah blah blah (text of the e-mail)?

It only needs to send one only email and it is not necessary to trigger a routine

    Hi , @Danvier

    There are no triggers available for Excel connector when a row gets updated in Power Automate now.

    So, if you put the data in Excel, you can't possibly not be triggered in flow. You might consider storing your data in SharePoint and you can use this trigger in flow:

    Hi @Danvier

    There is no automated trigger to run the flow on column update but you can try "For a selected row" trigger:

    You need to trigger it manually for a record from excel sheet.

    Here is the documentation: Excel Online (Business) - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

    Hey @v-yueyun-msft

    Right, i'll then store my data in a list in SharePoint. Do you know if this flow triggers by modifying any cell of a specific column or ill probably need to change the structure of my table?

    Hey @ManishSolanki

    Thank you for the suggest! I think, however, by this way i couldn't achieve what was assigned for me to so because it would have to be manually and actually i need to work with all the cells of a specific column... i'll try lists of sharepoint

    Re: Send an email everytime a line of a column changes from "NO" to "YES"

    Hi , @Danvier

    Thanks for your response!  We can use the "When an item or a file is modified" trigger. And this trigger can set the trigger condition only when the Column K: Criticity From Yes to No.

    For example , if we create Yes/No type in Sharepoint list:

    And you can refer to my test flow:

    vyueyunmsft_0-1714632171906.png

    (1)The trigger condition:

    vyueyunmsft_2-1714632258451.png

    @equals( triggerOutputs()?['body/Criticity'] , false )

    (2)Get changes for an item or a file (properties only):

    vyueyunmsft_3-1714632317544.png

    sub(float(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']),1)

    (3)Condition:
