Hello,

As explain in title I want to create a flow link to a sharepoint list:

New item is created > send approbation email > if approve > modify new item created and update textfield with "selectedOption".

This flow don't work after "modifiy new item", I have an error message.

In oposite way, when I want delete this element I can't:

New item is created > send approbation email > if decline > delete element with "ID" of item precedently created

I have again an error message : "delete-item" contains invalid characters " ' "

Anyone can help ?

What is the field type you are trying to update? Is this a text filed or a choice field?

Hi,

I try with the both field type.

I create an Approval columns with choice menu but I can validate my flow I have en error with an invalid character: " The workflow trigger name provided "When an existing_measured_value" contains these invalid characters "'". The name may be only a letter, number or one of the following symbols: "" - "," _ ",". "," (",") ""

I cut an copy the exactly same columns and confugiration on this topic : For now I try with this exemple :https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Forum/Sending-Email-when-item-Approval-Status-is-changed-to...

Could you help me ?

Hello Community!

Today we want to let you know about a critical bug fix that was affecting many of our French users that we have now patched. Previously, users who had French as the language set in their browser were unable to save many workflows because apostrophes and other special characters were being used in embedded trigger and action names. We have now deployed a fix to correct this issue so the user will no longer have to select English in their browser settings or rename their cards after they’re completed as a work-around.

We would love for those users who experienced issues to please try again and let us know what the new experience is like. To everyone who reported this bug, thank you! Please continue to do so, as it is priceless to our team to learn areas of improvement from you, the community.

Ce message a pour but de vous informer de la correction d’un bogue critique qui a concerné bon nombre de nos utilisateurs français. Avant, les utilisateurs dont la langue de navigateur était le français ne pouvaient pas enregistrer de nombreux workflows, car des apostrophes et d’autres caractères spéciaux étaient utilisés dans des noms d’actions et de déclencheurs incorporés. Nous avons déployé un correctif qui a résolu le problème. Les utilisateurs ne sont plus obligés de sélectionner l’anglais dans les paramètres de leur navigateur ou de renommer leurs cartes comme solution de contournement. Si vous avez rencontré le problème en question, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir réessayer et de nous faire savoir si le fonctionnement est revenu à la normale.

Merci à tous ceux qui ont signalé ce bogue! Continuez ainsi, car vos commentaires et ceux de la communauté sont inestimables et suggèrent à notre équipe des axes d’amélioration.
