Hi.
I have several flows that are triggered by users from PowerApps.
As an example I have a flow that populates a Word template, saves and converts to pdf with Onedrive and then saves that pdf on a Sharepoint site.
This all worked fine until recently when our company launched Multi-factor authentication.
Now when a user launches the PowerApp, the app will not ask permission for the Word, Onedrive and Sharepoint connector used by the flow. When a user triggers the flow it will first fail on the Word action with a "The access token has expired" error. Upon refreshing the PowerApp, the app will then ask permission for the Word connector. Next the flow will fail on the Onedrive action... The same cycle continues until all connectors have been validated and the flow finally works.
This has to be done for every individual user, which is unpractical for a large group and does not instill trust in the user for the PowerApp.
Is there a solution to this problem?
Thanks.
