Need to record the Date when the status gets changed to Completed

I'm using a SharePoint list as the backend for the below gallery. There are many status values for the Current Status column. But, I need to record the date when the Current Status value = "Completed", and I need to show that Completed Date in Completed On column. I'm not maintaining any separate column to record Completed On values in the backend.

Can anyone please suggest me on how to resolve this?

Hey @Sumitra_Sai

Well if your list item does not change after it reached the Completed status what you could do in the powerapps is to add and if statement in the label displaying the completed on column If(ThisItem.Status = "Completed", ThisItem.Modified,"") so it will show the modified date with correspond to the when the item changed to Completed.
