Highlight row in Excel Online

I currently have an automation running that uses MS Forms to ask for associate information (including an associate ID). When the form is completed, it adds a row to an excel online table with that given info. I would like to have the automation check if that associate ID is already in a row within the table and, if so, highlight that row. In other words, if an associate has three entries, the row containing the third duplicate entry would be yellow. If they have five entries, the row containing the fifth duplicate entry would be red. Attached is how I am pulling in the info from forms.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!Attendance.JPG
