Unable to add flow to Power App

Hi,
I have created a flow with PowerApps trigger and added Create or update document (V3) -- Cosmos DB action. While testing the flow, it's working fine but when I'm trying to add this flow to Power App it's throwing "Unable to add flow" error. I have attached the detailed error screenshot.
PS: If I remove Cosmos DB action, I was able to add the flow.

Do you want to create a connection to your Azure Cosmos DB connector from your canvas app?

Yes, you are right. Currently, the data stored in Azure Cosmos DB is unstructured and semi-structured data, but PowerApps canvas app could not handle unstructured data.

If you want to use Azure Cosmos DB connector to retrieve data within your canvas app directly, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:
    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas

As an alternative solution, you could consider fire a Power Automate flow from your canvas app, then use the flow to call Azure Cosmos DB actions to retrieve data, then return the retrieved data back to your canvas app.

Please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:
    https://agazoth.github.io/blogpost/2018/12/31/Using-CosmosDB-In-PowerApps.html

In addition, you could also consider create a custom connector to achieve your needs. You could consider set up a custom connector based on Azure Function, within the Azure function, perform CRUD operations on data residing in Azure Cosmos DB. After that, you could create a connection to the custom connector from your canvas app, then you could call the Azure function to do CRUD operations on data residing in Azure Cosmos DB.

Please check the following article for more details:

    Thanks for the reply.
I have created the flow and flow is working perfectly fine. But the issue is coming when I'm trying to add that flow to the Power App.

Please read above and refer to the work around

I'm not using Cosmos DB connector directly in Power Apps.
I followed the second approach that was pasted in the above message.
Calling flow from Power App and in the flow creating doc in Cosmos.
The issue comes in the integration of flow with the Power App.

    Thanks

Right that is perfect. So my next question, are you the creator of the flow?

    yes

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to diagnose. Is the flow in the same solution as the app or have you not added them to a solution?

Both the flow and the App are in the same solution.

When you attempt to add the flow can you check network in developer tools. That sometimes outputs a better error message?
