I have a DATE ONLY Field...yet when I pull those records they show the time???
And why it is picking 04:00:00???

The field type is datetime that's why it always save the date and time in UTC format even though it appears on the UI as date only.
Can I please ask how are you pulling the data?
I found the problem!
Time Zone Adjustment needed to be "Date Only"
