Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to display Microsoft Form form within your canvas app screen?
If you want to display your Microsoft Forms form within a canvas app screen, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
Currently, within PowerApps, the Microsoft Forms connector is a Action data source, and only one action provided/supported under the Microsoft Forms connector:
MicrosoftForms.GetFormResponseById(formId, responseId)

If you want to use your Microsoft Forms form directly within PowerApps app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
