This is more a feature request. As a admin and devops engineer I would like to be able to create as many Developer environments as needed. Currently, we can only create 3 Developer environments per user and to do this using a pipeline in Azure DevOps or GitHub.

I think you'll have a higher chance that your request will be considered if you post it on the Power Apps Ideas page.
You could theoretically create sandbox environments as part of your DevOps pipeline, e.g. for testing or development, that you automatically delete after the tests have been completed.

Thanks for the suggestion. The client doesn't want to give developers admin access on sandbox, but they are ok with developer because it is isolated and they are free.
