I'm trying to accomplish the following:
1) Read the current user | user().Email (Done)
2) Based on the user I'd like to get the delegates of that user (if they exist) | Office365Users.DirectReports(user().Email)
3) Match the results from step 2 against a Gallery view (filtered) where the data in the column (SharePoint) is a people picker "columnName'.Email
Any Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The Items property of Gallery control should be:
Filter(List,PeopleColumnName.Email=Office365Users.DirectReports(User().Email).Email)
