Icon's and shortcut's Published apps issue

Hello,

I am face an issue since yesterday (octobre 5th).

In Power Apps mobile app latest published icon's apps are not displayed (they are displayed blank) and i can't create shortcuts on the home screen the Power Apps mobile app close itself.

Is it a known issue ?
