Connect to SharePoint online - 403 Forbidden

I was trying the new feature of Power Automate Desktop to connect to SharePoint Online. And it worked perfectly fine. I was able to sync my online folders to the local system.

I migrated the code to staging and I imported the code with new user and created a new connection reference. The new user is unable to connect to SharePoint with 403 Forbidden error.

Are there some set of permission or access levels needed to enable this functionality?

When running the same from a cloud flow, the error is:

Make sure the new user account you are switching to has both SharePoint permissions and a Power Automate premium license.

Thanks for the response. The new user has full owner permission to SharePoint site, and has an E3 as well as attended automation license.

Are you using SharePoint Online or SharePoint on-premises? Please make sure the connection is created with correct log-in option.

As @Pstork1 has correctly pointed out above, error 403 forbidden means that you don’t have appropriate permission to access the site, please try to remove the connection then recreate it.

Is it a manually triggered flow or a recurrence?
