Survey123 and dynamic content

I am building a flow that goes from Survey123 to email. I add survey123 at the trigger, log into Arconline to connect, then add Office 365 outlook to add an action to send the email then click in the body, it says no dynamic content/there is no content available. I am trying to add more context to the email then for it to be generic. What could be my issue?

I am having the same problem with an almost identical flow. I have gotten the dynamic content to show up from a survey123 form on another flow that is exactly the same, but on this one no matter what I do the dynamic content will not show up.
I have even selected the form that was successful in loading dynamic content on this new flow, and the dynamic content shows, when I switch back to the new form, the dynamic content goes away.
When I spoke with IT, they said it is a problem with the survey123 form itself, however the share settings are identical to the form that successfully loads dynamic content. I am stumped.

I am having the same problem when survey123 updated to 3.17 ??? is there any solution.
