2I work for a software company and we often send emails (to multiple customers) with embedded dynamic gifs (basically short videos/screen recordings) for instructions on our software.
I have tried to embed the gif using the same technique for images, but the gifs do not display in the emails.
This is the logic I have been using:
From there I call the variable with dynamic data in the body of the email (via a new step - send email (V2)).
Any help on this would be hugely appreciated!
