Missing Send an Approval Email

Is the "Send Approval Email" part missing? Because I cannot find it and the one in my flow currently just hangs on that part for 10+ minutes.

I have the same problem. I think "Send Approval Email" no exist more. I have to use "Send Email with option" and change the option on Approve and Reject.

Do you use the "Send approval email" action of Office 365 Outlook connector within your flow?

Yes, the "Send approval email" action has been removed from the Outlook connector, you could consider take a try to use the "Send email with options" action within your flow as an alternative way. I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

In addition, you could also consider take a try to add a "Start an approval" action (Modern approval) within your flow, please take a try with the following workaround:

Hi,
I am trying to do something similar. I want to send an approval email and then record the responses in an Excel spreadsheet. Will Flow capture the email responses if you use Send Email with Options?
