Switching from trial to full account

Hi,

I have been trialing Powerapps for a while and have purchased the Powerapps Plan 1 license and would like to start using the full version. When i go the main environment it says i cannot create a CDS because because i dont have permisson. I am an administrator from my Office 365 so i am not sure why i dont have permission. My only thought is that my account is still under the trail plan and i would need to delete my account to update. My only problem with that is i built several apps that i would like to keep. Will canceling my trail account delete the enviroment i already made? Any help would be great.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Though you are an administrator from Office 365, and your Office 365 plan might include PowerApps(See the list here). But notice that users with access to PowerApps through Office 365 can't create or run apps against Microsoft Common Data Service databases.

To be able to use the Common Data Service for Apps, you could check the pricing page here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/pricing-billing-skus#licenses

Then decide with plan to purchase.

    Regards,

    Mona

    Hi--

I have a follow up to this question. I am currently running the trial license for Power Apps, but recently upgraded to E5, which includes Power Apps for Office 365 (I understand I can NOT use this license for creating apps off of the CDS).

But my question is how do I show the PowerApps license in my licensing page on Office 365?

    Thank you--
