Building a power app with pdf viewer

Hi All,

I'm making a power app and need to include a pdf viewer on one of the screens. I'm pulling the data from a documents folder in sharepoint where the pdfs are stored in separate folders. When I implement the pdf viewer on the app, I filter a gallery to the specific item that was selected. Attached is a screenshot of the folder I am using and a screenshot of the gallery in the app.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

No where do I see an actual ask, or an explanation of what's wrong. I just see a red x. If that is supposed to be the viewer then
1. tell us how you are connecting the selected row with the PDF
2. what is the error
3. Where is the file located that is a pdf

I am using the filter function on the gallery. Here is the code: Filter(Documents,GalleryExistingRequests.Selected.RequestID = 'Request ID'). In this case the request ID is the name of one of the folders that contain the pdfs.
The error is unrelated to the listing of pdfs in the gallery.
The pdfs are stored in the sharepoint folders from the second screenshot.

The PDF viewer in Power Apps can't show PDFs stored in an authenticated source like SharePoint. The common workaround is to use a Power Automate flow to retrieve the PDF and convert it to a BAse64 blob and then return that to the PDF viewer. This article will show you how.
