Hello all,

I have a gallery with people names and their supervisor's email. In that gallery I have a checkbox next to each name. I want to email all selected people's supervisors after pressing the button. I want it to be a single single recipient emails with the subordinate name in the body. Is it possible? Can you guys help? Thank you in advance ❤️

OnCheck propery of checkbox

Collect(mgrList, ThisItem)

OnUncheck property

Remove(mgrList, ThisItem)

then you want to do a

ForAll( mgrList, Set Up Your Email Here referencing ThisRecord.Column Name for mgr email, employee name etc all the columsn available in your source will be available from the mgr list)
