I have a flow which is triggered every hour. Every hour it must send a message with a new item in the list (first I get the items list with Get Items). If a message with any specific item (item ID) was already sent before it must not be sent again.
I thought about using some variable which I can assign item ID after sending. But it would be initialized every time after trigger event (recurrence). So it will be reset every time the flow starts. How can I define variable let's say on a global scope to avoid its inizialisation on each flow run?
Any other ways to implement the logic I described? Thank you.
