Hi All,

I would like to use a toggle that when checked shows all records in my gallery. When unchecked it shows everything apart from those that are 'Complete' within my Status column (or the other way round but then i would want the default on opening for complete not to be shown).

I'm wondering if this is possible as i already have a separate filter on my app that has a search bar with the below sat within the items properties of my gallery.

If(IsBlank(Search2_inp.Text),Improvement,Filter(Improvement,(Search2_inp.Text in Status) || (Search2_inp.Text in 'Owner(s)') || Search2_inp.Text in Topic))

Any help as always is much appreciated!

Filter(Improvement, IsBlank(Search2_inp.Text) Or Search2_inp.Text in Status Or Search2_inp.Text in 'Owner(s)' Or Search2_inp.Text in Topic, CheckBox.Value = true Or YourStatusColumn = "Complete" )

Hi Akser,
Thanks for this, it is very close to working!
I have amended my gallery items properties to what you posted.
However the gallery is still showing "Completed" records (sorry amended it from "Complete" to "Completed" after your reply).

@Akser - I would really like one toggle to show everything and the other to show everything minus "Completed".
