There are no native actions in PAD to interact with MS Word. But you can read and edit MS Word documents using scripting, such as PowerShell and VBscript. That's the best way to do it in PAD.
An alternative (that is much less stable) would be automating the MS Word UI, but you would likely need to resort to using keystrokes to access specific fields in the document. So, it is very error-prone and also quite hard to build.
