Using scheduled weekly flow to send email based on sharepoint list task status - conditions always return as false.

Hello!

I'm setting up a scheduled flow that interacts with a Sharepoint list. This list has gathered information from external people who have requested certain datasets from various people within my organization.

A few pertinent fields within the sharepoint list:

- Requester email

- Assigned to (organization personnel)

- Status of request (A dropdown list of: Not Started, Request in progress, Request Completed, Project in Progress, Project still in progress, Project Completed)

- Date Request Submitted

- 6 months later

- 1 year later

I'm creating a weekly scheduled flow that uses conditions to cycle through the tasks and potentially do one of the following:

1) send an email to the assigned personnel if the status of the task is still "Not Started"

2) send an email to the requester and assigned personnel if the status of the task is "Request Completed" AND it is 6 months from the request submission date. This step also switches the status to "Project in progress".

3) send an email to the assigned personnel if the status of the task is "Project in progress" AND is 1 year after the request submission date.

My issue is that I can't get any of the conditions to output "True"! See screenshots attached. Any advice would be welcomed.  Thank you.

    HI @Heather340 ,

The cause of this problem is:
You are using 'Status of request' instead of 'Status of request Value'

I did a test showing that 'Status of request' and 'Status of request Value' are different

    Here is list

    Here is value

Please use 'Status of request Value'

    Best Regards

Edit: I found the issue now! Capitalization matters. Thank you for the solution.

    Hi @v-chengfen-msft,

Thanks for the response! However, this does not seem to be the issue. I created a new flow to make sure everything was "clean" and set it up as you have it in your screenshots but unfortunately it is still reading it as false. See below (and I tried Not Started and "Not Started" in the condition).
