Using easy template to answer a form and it creates a task. everything well connected with my company account. no mistakes in the flow. it work once but suddenly i made something and its not working anymore: the new task does not appear. any thoughts welcomed. videocall teams welcomed!

Hi! Thanks for you answer! Finally I could make it, it was a matter of the team where i was asigning the task. Now I have a nother issue, let me take advatge of your kindness.

I'd like that in the box "notes" once you open any task created in planner, appears all the answers of the form. Now i can only see in the task created the title. Thanx in advance for your cooperation!

When utilizing the 'create Task' action, there isn't a designated field for adding notes. In such instances, you can employ the 'Update Task details' action. Within the description field of this action, you can dynamically incorporate all form responses, which will populate into the task's notes section.
