I want to create a power automate workflow that sends an email based off a sharepoint list when an expiration date column is within 60 and 30 days and the entry of that list?

The attached file I hope gives clarification on what I have so far. What do I need to change to make the 60 and 30 day out expiration happen?

In my create HTML table I get the title and name in my email but for the cert I receive {"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":0,"Value":"cert1"} this error, and nothing for the exp date. For context, my cert column within my sharepoint list is a choice column and my 1exp date is a calculated column using a formula.

Hi @3cdoug ,

Try below function to get date 30/60 days after expired date:

adddays(startofday(utcnow()),30,'yyyy-MM-dd') adddays(startofday(utcnow()),60,'yyyy-MM-dd')

Then you can use the two date in Filter Query directly to import files match the codition.
Notice that you will have to find logic column name in SPO settings:
