Hi folks,

I am creating a flow to send batch email (1 email with 100s random recipients within same organization), sometimes the flow ran successfully if all 100 email addresses were valid. However the flow would failed and stopped if it found any email address invalid in the origanzation (e.g. staff resigned and email account removed), no one in the batch would receive the email. Is there any setting or tricks I can apply to make the flow skipping such error to keep sending email to the rest recipients?

I personally now amended the flow to send email one by one, end up Outlook365 not allow me to proceed later and said I am sending spam.

You could use Office 365 user connector to check if the user is still in the organization.

Use Get user profile action or Search for users action to search for user information. If it is available, the email address is valid.

I recommend using Search for users action, please refer to the following method to configure Flow.

Use String variable to store the email addresses of all recipients, separated by semicolons.
Initialize another String variable to store valid email address.
Use split() function to separate the first variable and iterate through each email.
Configure the email address in Search for users action, and append the email address obtained by this action to the variable.

The logic here is that if Body of Search for users action is empty, the actions in Apply to each 2 will not be executed.
