Hello,
I'm trying to make a more fun and interactive app and don't know how to proceed forward.
So i would like to do the option one with the color boxes/buttons rather than having radio buttons.
Is this first option possible to do from a choice list?

Sure, specifically in your case, create a Gallery that is 2 columns. Set the Item property to your datasource and column. Determine how you would color them based on the choices. , and set the TemplateFill property to the logic you have for coloring. At this point, the Gallery.Selected property will indicate the selection.
