Upon outlook event creation create a sharepoint list item

Hi all,

I created a flow that creates an item in a SharePoint list when a calendar event is created. It works but i would like for others to be able to run the flow when they create an event on their outlook thus creating the list item as well. I've already shred the flow with the users but when they create an event nothing happens. Do you guys know of any way this can be accomplished?

Thanks

    Hi @_sourcecod3_

Not sure this is possible. Each outlook connectors are bind to one account only unless if you use a shared outlook email account it may be possible.

    Thanks

    Hi @_sourcecod3_ ,

I suggest that you could let everyone create a copy of your flow and everyone would have a flow to create an item when a new event is created in themselves calendar.

Since the only flow would work for only one calendar in the connection account (Your account), and the flow wouldn't work for other user in their account.

@v-alzhan-msft Thanks, I thought about doing this, but wanted to know if there were other options before going this route. Some of the users have never touched Power Automate. But this might actually just work.

    Thanks
