How to create a flow from MS Project to email, when somebody do whatever changes?

Hi guys, I found templates for MS Project and email to send notifications, but only for creating new tasks. When I entered the URL it was wrong...so I think I'm typing the wrong address. Were they and what type should I find the URL in?

And if I need to be notified of all changes, how can I treat this flow?
