Update the same record and keep the item update history in sharepoint.

Is it possible to view and keep updated history of the sharepoint item.

    I've done things like you've shown in that screen shot by using a second list that stores records of updates made to items in the first list. You can relate the two lists using the ID of the item in your primary list.
