logic is:
Web Portal Process:
1- guest will enter into the site, he has to select onsite booking or advance booking
Onsite booking:
he entered the basic information
Select the location, contact person, purpose of visit, additional information if any and click on next
attestation form will appear, answer all the questions, in case of success, QR Code generated and guard allowed him to go the building
Advance Booking:
Entered the basic information, Select the location, contact person, purpose of visit, add date and visit time in additional information into the text-box.
Email send to the contact person to login into the system and review guest request and approve or reject
contact person will add the visit date and time slots and will check the availability into the system and approve or reject the
request. In case of approve, guest receives the confirmation and on visit date will submit the attestation form and get the QR Code.
In case of reject, email sends to guest that your request date and time is not available.
