So if I have a dropdown and a textbox and the dropdown is linked to my database and gives me the "personID" but I want the name of said person to come up in the textbox how would I go to implement that?
For example my database is named players and the ID is 44, the name with the ID is John Doe
LookUp(DataSource, personID = DropDownName.Selected.personID, NameColumn)
Here you set the datasource and the value to show (id, name, whatever)
And you can choose which field you want to show on your label like that
